Vaccine injury cases are on the rise people, so if you’ve got your head in the sand and you haven’t been paying attention, it’s time to wake up.
Here’s a little background for those of you just getting started.
Ronnie Reagan… almost 30 years ago to the day, the 40th president of the United States signed away the rights of Americans to sue vaccine makers, replacing them with a law that forces families who have suffered vaccine injury or death to sue the U.S. government instead of a pharmaceutical company.
As a result, special masters from the United States Special Claims Court, also known for our purposes as the vaccine court, are given full authority as judge with no jury to decide the fate of Americans who have had the unfortunate ‘luck’ to be stricken by a vaccine injury — which can range from chronic, mild symptoms to death.
Once a year, this non-traditional court provides the public with a glimpse into its inner workings, by issuing an annual report on its website — a ritual that happens every January.  The report is sent to the President of Congress, otherwise known as the Vice President of the United States, where it is intended to serve as a bell weather monitoring reactions the American public may be having to vaccinations that are increasingly becoming forced by government mandates around the country.
Great, right?  Accountability in action?
Wrong.
The report, which is consistently ignored by mainstream media/politicians/health officials and the CDC, lies dormant on the reports page of the U.S. Special Claims Court website.
No headlines, no press release, no analysis, no alert the media, no nothing.

WASHINGTON, Nov. 14— President Reagan today signed a comprehensive health bill designed to promote exports of prescription drugs and to compensate children injured by vaccines.
Mr. Reagan said he had approved the bill ”with mixed feelings” because he had ”serious reservations” about the vaccine compensation program.
But he warmly endorsed provisions of the bill that would, for the first time, allow pharmaceutical companies to export drugs to other countries that have approved their use, without waiting for the United States to approve the drugs’ sale here. Mr. Reagan said this part of the new law ”will increase the competitiveness of the American pharmaceutical industry abroad, create jobs, foster biotechnology and aid other nations.” Separation-of-Powers Issue
However, he said there were ”substantial deficiencies” in the vaccine plan, under which injured people could obtain payments from the Government without proving fault or wrongdoing by the vaccine manufacturer or anyone else.
The program would be ”administered not by the executive branch, but by the Federal judiciary,” Mr. Reagan said, calling it an ”unprecedented arrangement” that was inconsistent with the constitutional requirement for separation of powers among the branches of the Federal Government.

Fetal deaths after 20 weeks’ gestation have not declined in recent years, and starting in 2011, there were more fetal deaths than infant deaths in the United States, according to data from 2011 to 2013 published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in a National Vital Statistics Report.
“Much of the public concern surrounding reproductive loss has focused on infant mortality, due in part to a lesser knowledge of the incidence, etiology, and prevention strategies for fetal mortality,” the authors write, calling for more research on the occurrence and causes of fetal death.

Results—
A total of 23,595 fetal deaths at 20 weeks of gestation or  more  were  reported  in  the  United  States  in  2013.  The  U.S.  fetal  mortality rate was 5.96 fetal deaths at 20 weeks of gestation or more
per 1,000 live births and fetal deaths, not significantly different from the  rate  of  6.05  in  2012.  The  lack  of  decline  in  fetal  mortality  in  recent  years,  coupled  with  declines  in  infant  mortality,  meant  that
more fetal deaths than infant deaths occurred in the United States for 2011–2013 (although the rates were essentially the same). In 2013, the  fetal  mortality  rate  for  non-Hispanic  black  women  (10.53)  was
more than twice the rate for non-Hispanic white (4.88) and Asian or Pacific Islander (4.68) women. The rate for American Indian or Alaska Native  women  (6.22)  was  27%  higher,  and  the  rate  for  Hispanic
women (5.22) was 7% higher, than the rate for non-Hispanic white women.  Fetal  mortality  rates  were  highest  for  teenagers,  women  aged  35  and  over,  unmarried  women,  and  women  with  multiple  pregnancies.

U.S. has highest first-day infant mortality out of industrialized world, group reports
About 11,300 newborns die within 24 hours of their birth in the U.S. each year, 50 percent more first-day deaths than all other industrialized countries combined, the report’s authors stated.
The 14th annual State of the World’s Mothers report, put together by non-profit organization Save the Children, ranked 168 countries according to where the best places to be a mother would be. Criteria included child mortality, maternal mortality, the economic status of women, educational achievement and political representation of women.
Worldwide, the report found that 800 women die each day during pregnancy or childbirth, and 8,000 newborns die during the first month of life. Newborn deaths make up 43 percent of all deaths for children under five. Sixty percent of infant deaths occur during the first month of life.
The top five countries to be a mom were Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland and the Netherlands. The bottom five were Niger, Mali, Sierra Leone, Somalia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Because of their high infant mortality rates, the U.S. only ranked number 30 this year on the report, down five spots from the 2012 report. Save the Children CEO Carolyn Miles told CBSNews.com she was shocked to find that out that the U.S. did so poorly.
“We do not do as well on many of those as the Scandinavian countries,” Miles admitted.

A 20 year old study from the 1990’s has recently surfaced that compares unvaccinated children to vaccinated children. The study concludes that those who were vaccinated were more likely to suffer from the following illnesses:
–    asthma
–    eczema
–    ear infections
–    hyperactivity
–    and many other chronic conditions.
There was a 10-fold increase in cases of tonsillitis in the children who were vaccinated and a 100% absence of tonsillitis in those unvaccinated.
In 1992, the Immunization Awareness Society (IAS) conducted a survey to examine the health of New Zealand’s children. Unsurprisingly, the results of their study indicated that unvaccinated children were far healthier than vaccinated children.
During the study, another interesting fact emerged. Researchers discovered that 92 percent of the children requiring a tonsillectomy operation had received the measles vaccination, indicating that the vaccination for measles may have made some of the children more susceptible to tonsillitis

A German study released in September 2011 of about 8000 UNVACCINATED children, newborn to 19 years, show vaccinated children have at least 2 to 5 times more diseases and disorders than unvaccinated children.

The results of our survey with currently 15320 participants show that unvaccinated children are far less affected by common diseases than vaccinated children. Due to the fact that the majority of children in the survey are between 0 and 2 years of age and some diseases generally do not appear in this age group, the results are subdivided into different age groups (you can see that by clicking on the chart). The retroviruses contaminating vaccines originate from mice used for research. Dr. Mikovits asks, “How many new retroviruses have we created through all the mouse research, the vaccine research, gene therapy research? More importantly, how many new diseases have we created?”
“When they destroyed all of our work, and discredited everything I or Frank Ruscetti had ever published, and arranged for the publication of my mug shot in Science, the NIH very deliberately sent the message to researchers everywhere about what would happen to any honest scientist who dared ask those important questions.”
New technology now exists to clean up retroviruses in vaccines and blood. Dr. Mikovits believes we will win this war, that we will eventually clean up vaccines, stop vaccinating infants, and stop injecting our children with multiple vaccines. But she also believes the government will continue to cover up their culpability in the current epidemic of autism and other diseases.
When asked about vaccine-injured children, she says, “Those are the victims. And that’s why, I’m working and why, you know, I’ll never shut up. Because they’re the victims that have been hung out to dry.”
