“Because the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the Mandate, the Mandate is hereby STAYED pending further action by this court,” 5th Circuit Court concludes.
“This mandate is unconstitutional, unlawful, and unwise,” said the court filing by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt.

A school in Hawaii announced an upcoming vaccine drive for elementary school students, but told parents they’re not welcome.
The bizarre request appeared in a letter to parents from the Kalihi Kai elementary school in Honolulu.
In the letter, the school says they’re scheduling two different vaccine clinics, as the FDA was poised to approve the experimental jab for youngsters.
“In preparation for FDA approval for COVID-19 vaccinations for children ages 5-11, KKS is planning to hold a student only COVID-19 vaccination clinic,” the letter reads.
“Tentatively, the vaccination clinic will be on November 10 and December 1, as the Pfizer vaccine requires two doses. The clinic will take place on campus during the school day,” the letter states, before adding, “Parents WILL NOT be allowed on campus during the clinic.”
Instead, the school says “staff will be on-hand to comfort and monitor your child.”

Washington, DC: The Director of the CDC, Thomas Frieden, has sent a letter blocking CDC whistleblower, Dr. William Thompson, from testifying in a Tennessee court case involving a 16 year old boy who claims his autism is caused by vaccine injuries.
The boy’s attorneys, Bryan Smith and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., both of Morgan & Morgan, sought to have Dr. Thompson testify to explain his charges that the CDC committed data manipulation in a series of studies that found no link between vaccines and autism. Dr. Thompson has publically stated to Congressman William Posey and others that he and his colleagues in the CDC Vaccine Safety Branch were ordered to commit scientific fraud, destroy evidence and manipulate data to conceal the link between autism and vaccines.
William Acree, Tennessee State Circuit Judge, had ordered the trial extended so that Thompson could be subpoenaed to testify. In a recent letter to the court, Dr. Frieden denied the request to allow Dr. Thompson to testify stating that “Dr. William Thompson’s deposition testimony would not substantially promote the objectives of CDC or HHS.”
Kennedy strongly disagrees. Dr. Thompson co-authored four key CDC studies widely touted to exonerate the MMR and vaccines containing the mercury-based preservative, thimerosal, from causing autism. Thompson is a 19 year veteran at the CDC and formerly a senior vaccine safety scientist at their Immunology Safety Office. In August 2014, under Federal whistleblower protection, Dr. Thompson revealed that despite CDC’s claims to the contrary, the vaccine safety studies in question demonstrated a causal link between vaccines and autism symptoms.
According to Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Dr. Thompson’s testimony is critical: “This boy, and thousands of others, lost their cases in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program because the CDC and Justice Department submitted fraudulent science wrongly denying the vaccine-autism link.” Smith explained that “Frieden’s denial was a disappointment but not a surprise, since the inescapable implication of Dr. Thompson’s allegation is that the agency altered the science to undermine autism cases worth potentially $1 trillion in compensation ordered by Congress.” The attorneys promised to immediately appeal the CDC’s denial to Federal court.

The CDC is being influenced by corporate and political interests
Concerns about the inner workings of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have been mounting in recent months amid disclosures of cozy corporate alliances. Now a group of more than a dozen senior scientists have reportedly lodged an ethics complaint alleging the federal agency is being influenced by corporate and political interests in ways that shortchange taxpayers.
A group calling itself CDC Scientists Preserving Integrity, Diligence and Ethics in Research, or (CDC SPIDER), put a list of complaints in writing in a letter to CDC Chief of Staff and provided a copy of the letter to the public watchdog organization U.S. Right to Know (USRTK). The members of the group have elected to file the complaint anonymously for fear of retribution.

In a stunning example of outright journalism censorship and medical totalitarianism, Arianna Huffington’s HuffPo content platform has gone “police state” on veteran contributor Lance Simmons. According to this article from Truth Barrier, Simmons has been an 8-year contributor to the Huffington Post, publishing over 200 articles through the content hub.
HuffPo had no problem with all 200 of his previously posted articles, but when he posted an honest, heartfelt review of the VAXXED documentary, he got targeted for censorship and had his account shut down by the Huffington Post.
As Simmons told Celia Farber of Truth Barrier:
I saw a premier of VAXXED the other evening and was so moved by the presentation and discussion that followed that I felt compelled to write a piece asking that we at least begin a serious national dialogue on the allegations contained in the documentary. I also drew attention to the spate of events that have unfolded over the past several years, where there has been a massive governmental failure to do its essential job which is to protect the health, safety and welfare of the citizens.
But he soon discovered that HuffPo is actually run like a Chinese gulag of censorship about vaccine truth. Writers aren’t even allowed to ask rational questions about vaccine safety without being severely punished by HuffPo:
It turns out that they pulled down the original piece and when I tried to rewrite it I was alerted that permission was denied to my account. I have made at least a half dozen attempts to reach someone at HuffPo to alert them that there was a malfunction and over the course of the last two days have not received one response. I even went so far as to email Arianna herself. It never crossed my mind that this might be some sort of censorship because it has never happened to me and the article, while provocative, is not beyond any bounds of journalistic or political propriety.
The Huffington Post, of course, is no different than the rest of the mainstream media when it functioning as a Ministry of Truth, censoring information that could help save lives while promoting pharma-backed vaccine propaganda that maims and murders children. I find it especially interesting that even as Arianna Huffington writes feel-good books promoting healing for humanity, her own editors silence writers who are also trying to protect the lives of children. Are those writers making such decisions under the direction of Arianna herself? If so, does she really condone the mass poisoning, maiming and medical murder of innocent children through a medical intervention that’s so unsafe, the U.S. Congress had to pass a special law granting the industry absolute legal immunity to lawsuits from children harmed by faulty vaccines?
If so, that would be a new low for Arianna, indeed.

The U.S. Military has blocked Infowars.com, with active duty personnel contacting us to confirm that the website is inaccessible to over 700,000 servicemembers worldwide having been labeled “violence/hate/racism.”
A servicemember forwarded the above print out which shows that the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), which serves “more than 707,000 Sailors, Marines and civilians in 620 locations in the continental United States, Hawaii, and Japan, making it the largest internal computer network in the world,” is censoring Infowars.com in order to “safeguard the security posture and/or to maintain the operational integrity of the NMCI.”
The message is entitled “Access Denied by NETWARCOM Policy,” with the block being approved by the “Naval Network Warfare Command Battle Watch Captain.” Click here for an enlargement showing the message.
To emphasize, the block is not being imposed by an external web filtering software program used by the Navy, but by the Navy’s own private intranet system. The NMCI is so vast that it is second only to the public Internet in size, comprising 4,100 servers that handle over 2.3 petabytes of data.
We also received the following email from a separate active duty member of the U.S. Military confirming the block.
“Hello, I visit infowars every day @ home and at work to keep up to date with latest news that I cannot find in the mainstream media. I am active duty military and my fellow comrades and I follow infowars and which usually ends up in discussion. Just recently my comrades and I have noticed the Infowars website has now been blocked on all our computers. I believe its another attempt for the govt to censor out the truth. I feel this story should be shared and at least infowars should be notified. As for my comrades and I we feel like its another attempt to take our freedoms which we fight for. Thank you for everything you do. Let the truth be told and never quit. If there is anything we can do please let us know.”
Yesterday we reported on how the Blue Coat corporate web filtering service, which is used by many large companies, had blocked Infowars.com by placing it in the same category under the banner of “violence/hate/racism.” The ban was lifted following complaints.
