Truthstream Media – The Secret Society You’ve (Probably) Never Heard Of

Have you ever heard about the oculist conspiracy? No? Based on some recently decrypted documents, there appears to be an ultra secretive group of highly enlightened magi who’ve remained virtually hidden for hundreds of years by using ciphers and cryptograms to conceal their mysteries and even their very existence. So it’s no surprise that very, very few people have heard about this obscure but powerful group. Most of what is known comes from this Wired article and the discoveries of a collaborate academic effort at Uppsala University and the University of Southern California. https://www.wired.com/2012/11/ff-the-… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eam0T… Truthstream Can Be Found Here: Website: http://TruthstreamMedia.com FB: http://Facebook.com/TruthstreamMedia Twitter: @TruthstreamNews DONATE: http://bit.ly/2aTBeeF Amazon Affiliate Link (help support TSM with every Amazon purchase, no cost to you!): http://amzn.to/2aTARRx Newsletter: http://eepurl.com/bbxcWX ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for “fair use” for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. The vaccination policy and the Code of Practice of the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI): are they at odds?

The  vaccination  policy  and  the  Code  of  Practice  of  the Joint  Committee  on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI): are they at odds?
Deliberately  concealing  information  from  the  parents  for   the  sole  purpose  of  getting  them  to comply  with  an  “official”  vaccination  schedule  could  thus  be  considered  as  a  form  of  ethical violation or  misconduct. Official  documents obtained from  the  UK  Department of Health  (DH) and the Joint  Committee  on  Vaccination   and  Immunisation  (JCVI) reveal  that  the  British  health authorities  have  been  engaging  in  such  practice  for   the  last  30  years,  apparently  for   the  sole purpose of protecting the national vaccination program. Here I present the documentation which  appears  to show that the  JCVI made  continuous efforts to withhold  critical  data  on  severe  adverse  reactions  and  contraindications  to  vaccinations  to  both parents  and  health  practitioners  in  order  to  reach  overall  vaccination  rates  which  they  deemed were necessary for  “herd immunity”, a concept which  with  regards to vaccination, and  contrary to prevalent beliefs, does not rest on solid scientific evidence as will  be  explained.

The  vaccination  policy  and  the  Code  of  Practice  of  the Joint  Committee  on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI): are they at odds?
In 1990, the recruitment of soldiers commenced for preparation to fight against Iraq in the Gulf War. On January 4, 1991, mass vaccination programs began, supposedly to protect the soldiers against the chemical warfare with which they may or may not come into contact.
The soldiers reported being vaccinated with several vaccinations. In a witness statement, Mr. Richard Turnbull told the court that he had received the following vaccinations and a few that he could not remember:

    Anthrax
Bubonic Plague
Cholera
Typhoid
Yellow Fever
Hepatitis A
Hepatitis B
Meningitis

We know that this list of vaccines should have also included the now discontinued MMR vaccination, Pluserix and the pertussis vaccination.
This is because the original supply agreement between the UK government and SmithKline & French shows that SmithKline & French agreed to distribute 1,400,000 Pluserix vaccinations (Urabe MMR) to the UK for use on the UK’s babies and the armed forces.

“Informed consent is meaningless without the right to say: “No!”. – Rima E. Laibow, MD

“Informed consent is meaningless without the right to say: “No!”. – Rima E. Laibow, MD
After the horrors of the Second World War which included the murder and abuse of millions with the complicity of the “health care” authorities of various warring parties, the international community developed conventions and declarations to the end that “Never again!” would the health system be used to harm either individuals or whole populations.
Among these were the Universal Declaration of Rights, Geneva Declaration and the Nuremberg Code.
“Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person… No one shall be subjected to … inhuman or degrading treatment… Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights… No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence…” –
“I WILL NOT USE my medical knowledge to violate human rights and civil liberties, even under threat…”
“The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved, as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision.” –
Informed consent may be defined:
“Informed consent is a process for getting permission before conducting a healthcare intervention on a person… In the United Kingdom and countries such as Malaysia and Singapore, informed consent in medical procedures requires proof as to the standard of care to expect as a recognised standard of acceptable professional practice (the Bolam Test), that is, what risks would a medical professional usually disclose in the circumstances (see Loss of right in English law). Arguably, this is “sufficient consent” rather than “informed consent.” … Medicine in the United States, Australia, and Canada take a more patient-centeric approach to “informed consent.” Informed consent in these jurisdictions requires doctors to disclose significant risks, as well as risks of particular importance to that patient. This approach combines an objective (the reasonable patient) and subjective (this particular patient) approach.” –

THE NUREMBERG CODE
1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.
This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be
so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element
of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and
should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter
involved, as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter
element requires that, before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental
subject, there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment;
the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably
to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person, which may possibly come from his
participation in the experiment.
The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each
individual who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and
responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity

N.Y. Law Professor Addresses U.N. on Government Vaccine Policies Violating the Nuremberg Code

Professor Holland states:

[T]he UN and the international community have obligations to respect human rights related to vaccination.

Since World War II, the international community has recognized the grave dangers in involuntary scientific and medical experimentation on human subjects.  In the aftermath of Nazi medical atrocities, the world affirmed the Nuremberg Code which stated that the “voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.” The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights further enshrined this prohibition against involuntary experimentation in its 1966 text, stating “no one shall be subjected without his free consent to medical or scientific experimentation.” Such a prohibition is now so universally recognized that some courts and scholars have pronounced the right to informed consent in experiments as a matter of customary international law.

Watch Professor Holland’s entire 16 minute presentation to the United Nations, in which she received several ovations from the audience.

Healthcare.gov running on ‘Hope and Change’ as HHS announces bid to find actual programmers who can write functional code

http://www.naturalnews.com/042596_Obamacare_programmers_Hope_and_Change.html#

NaturalNews) More than two weeks after the hoax launch of the fake “shell” website Healthcare.gov which did not function, the Obama administration has announced plans to bring in real programmers and attempt to build an online federal health exchange site that actually functions.
A widely publicized HHS blog post calls this, “doing better,” continuing the absurd lie that Healthcare.gov only suffered from minor glitches and small problems that need incremental “improvements.”
At no time has HHS acknowledged the fact that the Healthcare.gov website is structurally flawed and suffers from deep design failures that cannot simply be patched.
The utter incompetence of HHS is obvious in its attempted explanations for why the launch of the site has been such a disaster. “We have made a number of improvements to the account service,” the HHS blog states. “Initially, we implemented a virtual ‘waiting room,’ but many found this experience to be confusing.”
Maybe that’s because the very idea of an “online waiting room” is laughable. Imagine if Amazon.com had a waiting room where you had to take a number and wait your turn before you could make a purchase. Or imagine if Priceline.com made you wait an hour or two before you could check prices from multiple airlines. Nobody uses the internet to sit around and wait for some poorly-designed code to try to catch up. That the federal government thought this was a brilliant idea is yet more proof that the people running this system still have no clue what they’re doing.

Obama administration suddenly decides to start figuring out where the errors are, two weeks AFTER the launch

To the great astonishment of programmers everywhere, Healthcare.gov was only tested for 5 – 7 days before launch. Yep, less than a week of testing.
At no time was the site subjected to any sort of intelligent error monitoring or debugging effort. In fact, HHS is now celebrating the fact that it has suddenly discovered debugging principles and will now implement them!
From its blog:
We’re …putting in place tools and processes to aggressively monitor and identify parts of HealthCare.gov where individuals are encountering errors or having difficulty using the site, so we can prioritize and fix them.
Gee, that’s amazing. It’s almost as if they think they discovered “software debugging” or something. I mean, WOW, you mean there are tools for figuring out where errors happen? Somebody should patent that!
