A study conducted by the Department of Paediatrics at the University of Arkansas determined that thimerosal-induced cytotoxicity was associated with the depletion of intracellular glutathione (GSH) in both cell lines. The study outlines how many vaccines have been neurotoxic, especially to the developing brain. Depletion of GSH is commonly associated with autism. Although thimerosal has been removed from most children’s vaccines, it is still present in flu vaccines given to pregnant women, the elderly and to children in developing countries.

Abstract
Thimerosol is an antiseptic containing 49.5% ethyl mercury that has been used for years as a preservative in many infant vaccines and in flu vaccines. Environmental methyl mercury has been shown to be highly neurotoxic, especially to the developing brain. Because mercury has a high affinity for thiol (sulfhydryl (-SH)) groups, the thiol-containing antioxidant, glutathione (GSH), provides the major intracellular defense against mercury-induced neurotoxicity. Cultured neuroblastoma cells were found to have lower levels of GSH and increased sensitivity to thimerosol toxicity compared to glioblastoma cells that have higher basal levels of intracellular GSH. Thimerosal-induced cytotoxicity was associated with depletion of intracellular GSH in both cell lines. Pretreatment with 100 microM glutathione ethyl ester or N-acetylcysteine (NAC), but not methionine, resulted in a significant increase in intracellular GSH in both cell types. Further, pretreatment of the cells with glutathione ethyl ester or NAC prevented cytotoxicity with exposure to 15 microM Thimerosal. Although Thimerosal has been recently removed from most children’s vaccines, it is still present in flu vaccines given to pregnant women, the elderly, and to children in developing countries. The potential protective effect of GSH or NAC against mercury toxicity warrants further research as possible adjunct therapy to individuals still receiving Thimerosal-containing vaccinations.

Researchers emphasized that further research was needed regarding the association between environmentally released mercury and developmental disorders such as autism.

Abstract
The association between environmentally released mercury, special education and autism rates in Texas was investigated using data from the Texas Education Department and the United States Environmental Protection Agency. A Poisson regression analysis adjusted for school district population size, economic and demographic factors was used. There was a significant increase in the rates of special education students and autism rates associated with increases in environmentally released mercury. On average, for each 1,000 lb of environmentally released mercury, there was a 43% increase in the rate of special education services and a 61% increase in the rate of autism. The association between environmentally released mercury and special education rates were fully mediated by increased autism rates. This ecological study suggests the need for further research regarding the association between environmentally released mercury and developmental disorders such as autism. These results have implications for policy planning and cost analysis.
A study published in the International Journal of Toxicology determined that in light of the biological plausibility of mercury’s role in neurodevelopment disorders, the present study provides further insight into one possible mechanism by which early mercury exposures could increase the risk of autism.

Abstract
Reported rates of autism have increased sharply in the United States and the United Kingdom. One possible factor underlying these increases is increased exposure to mercury through thimerosal-containing vaccines, but vaccine exposures need to be evaluated in the context of cumulative exposures during gestation and early infancy. Differential rates of postnatal mercury elimination may explain why similar gestational and infant exposures produce variable neurological effects. First baby haircut samples were obtained from 94 children diagnosed with autism using Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th edition (DSM IV) criteria and 45 age- and gender-matched controls. Information on diet, dental amalgam fillings, vaccine history, Rho D immunoglobulin administration, and autism symptom severity was collected through a maternal survey questionnaire and clinical observation. Hair mercury levels in the autistic group were 0.47 ppm versus 3.63 ppm in controls, a significant difference. The mothers in the autistic group had significantly higher levels of mercury exposure through Rho D immunoglobulin injections and amalgam fillings than control mothers. Within the autistic group, hair mercury levels varied significantly across mildly, moderately, and severely autistic children, with mean group levels of 0.79, 0.46, and 0.21 ppm, respectively. Hair mercury levels among controls were significantly correlated with the number of the mothers’ amalgam fillings and their fish consumption as well as exposure to mercury through childhood vaccines, correlations that were absent in the autistic group. Hair excretion patterns among autistic infants were significantly reduced relative to control. These data cast doubt on the efficacy of traditional hair analysis as a measure of total mercury exposure in a subset of the population. In light of the biological plausibility of mercury’s role in neurodevelopmental disorders, the present study provides further insight into one possible mechanism by which early mercury exposures could increase the risk of autism.

Abstract
The question of what is leading to the apparent increase in autism is of great importance. Like the link between aspirin and heart attack, even a small effect can have major health implications. If there is any link between autism and mercury, it is absolutely crucial that the first reports of the question are not falsely stating that no link occurs. We have reanalyzed the data set originally reported by Ip et al. in 2004 and have found that the original p value was in error and that a significant relation does exist between the blood levels of mercury and diagnosis of an autism spectrum disorder. Moreover, the hair sample analysis results offer some support for the idea that persons with autism may be less efficient and more variable at eliminating mercury from the blood.
A study published in the Journal of Child Neurology noted that autistic spectrum disorders can be associated with mitochondrial dysfunction. Researchers determined that children who have mitochondrial-related dysfunctional cellular energy metabolism might be more prone to undergo autistic regression between 18 and 30 months of age if they also have infections or immunizations at the same time.

Abstract
Autistic spectrum disorders can be associated with mitochondrial dysfunction. We present a singleton case of developmental regression and oxidative phosphorylation disorder in a 19-month-old girl. Subtle abnormalities in the serum creatine kinase level, aspartate aminotransferase, and serum bicarbonate led us to perform a muscle biopsy, which showed type I myofiber atrophy, increased lipid content, and reduced cytochrome c oxidase activity. There were marked reductions in enzymatic activities for complex I and III. Complex IV (cytochrome c oxidase) activity was near the 5% confidence level. To determine the frequency of routine laboratory abnormalities in similar patients, we performed a retrospective study including 159 patients with autism (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-IV and Childhood Autism Rating Scale) not previously diagnosed with metabolic disorders and 94 age-matched controls with other neurologic disorders. Aspartate aminotransferase was elevated in 38% of patients with autism compared with 15% of controls (P < .0001). The serum creatine kinase level also was abnormally elevated in 22 (47%) of 47 patients with autism. These data suggest that further metabolic evaluation is indicated in autistic patients and that defects of oxidative phosphorylation might be prevalent.

Abstract
The most replicated finding in autism neuroanatomy-a tendency to unusually large brains-has seemed paradoxical in relation to the specificity of the abnormalities in three behavioral domains that define autism. We now know a range of things about this phenomenon, including that brains in autism have a growth spurt shortly after birth and then slow in growth a few short years afterward, that only younger but not older brains are larger in autism than in controls, that white matter contributes disproportionately to this volume increase and in a nonuniform pattern suggesting postnatal pathology, that functional connectivity among regions of autistic brains is diminished, and that neuroinflammation (including microgliosis and astrogliosis) appears to be present in autistic brain tissue from childhood through adulthood. Alongside these pervasive brain tissue and functional abnormalities, there have arisen theories of pervasive or widespread neural information processing or signal coordination abnormalities (such as weak central coherence, impaired complex processing, and underconnectivity), which are argued to underlie the specific observable behavioral features of autism. This convergence of findings and models suggests that a systems- and chronic disease-based reformulation of function and pathophysiology in autism needs to be considered, and it opens the possibility for new treatment targets.

On the 4th of July, 2017 at approximately 34 weeks’ gestation, a pregnant Imogen went off to the doctor to have the Tdap vaccine, a 3 in 1 shot containing tetanus, diphtheria and whooping cough (pertussis). Despite the manufacturer’s product insert stating “…adequate human data on use in pregnancy are not available” and no scientific evidence proving either safety or effectiveness during pregnancy, expectant mothers are advised by their physicians that this shot will protect their babies from whooping cough for the first six weeks of life. That is, before their child is old enough to have their first set of vaccines.
According to a screen shot taken from John’s Facebook profile, just two days after receiving this experimental vaccine, Imogen “….started to get sick with a sore throat and really runny nose”. This was followed by a fever and an earache and progressively, her symptoms became worse. Blood tests and a physical examination provided no answers and by the 14th, just 10 days after receiving the vaccine, Imogen was rushed off to hospital where, John states, “we were in emergency waiting area for about 40mins and that was the last time she spoke to me or anyone. That whole time we thought it was just a bad ear ache. The rest…. was terrifying to watch”.
When asked if she felt the vaccine may have played a part in Imogen’s death, Dr. Suzanne Humphries, a twice board certified, licensed, internal medicine doctor and nephrologist said it was “…highly plausible”.
According to the manufacturer’s insert, side effects of the vaccine include upper respiratory tract infections, fever, fainting, pharyngitis (inflammation of the pharynx causing a sore throat), Syncope (fainting), lymphadenopathy (inflammation of the lymph nodes), headache, dizziness, and cough to name just a few. Post marketing surveillance also states “collapse…and convulsions within 2 to 3 days of vaccination have been reported”.
While side effects from vaccines are of concern, according to Dr. Humphries, there is also a well documented non-specific effect which demonstrates the Tdap vaccine “makes people more susceptible to non Tdap infections”. This effect is scientifically echoed with other vaccines also.

After the blockbuster revelations that Dr. William Thompson had come forward and admitted that CDC was withholding information that they found linking vaccines to autism, Congressman Bill Posey took the lead in investigating the matter. After many months of sorting through documents given to him by Thompson, Posey took to the floor of the House of Representatives last summer to confirm that there was ample evidence that fraud was taking place and called for formal Congressional hearings.
Utah Representative Jason Chaffetz, the new head of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, had reportedly committed to Rep. Posey that he would hold hearings, however those reports were followed by others suggesting that key members of Congress were coming intense under pressure from vaccine interests not to hold hearings, and instead to allow CDC to investigate themselves.
Indeed, CDC spokesperson Tom Skinner released the following statement to Forbes Magazine, announcing that the agency will investigate themselves for the fraud charges that have been levied against them:
“CDC is aware that employee Dr. William Thompson has raised concerns regarding an article he co-authored that was published in 2004 in Pediatrics. Consistent with CDC’s existing policies and procedures, the agency, through its Office of the Associate Director for Science (ADS), and in coordination with the HHS Office of Research Integrity, is reviewing these concerns. The agency will provide further information once the review is completed.”
Months after Rep. Chaffetz had reportedly committed to hold hearings, no hearings have been publicly discussed. Further, activists in the black community report that the ORG’s ranking member, Rep. Elijah Cummings, initially committed to them that he would look into the Thompson disclosure, but recanted his commitment to them within days of making it.

No one would accuse Yehuda Shoenfeld of being a quack. The Israeli clinician has spent more than three decades studying the human immune system and is at the pinnacle of his profession. You might say he is more foundation than fringe in his specialty; he wrote the textbooks. The Mosaic of Autoimmunity, Autoantibodies, Diagnostic Criteria in Autoimmune Diseases, Infection and Autoimmunity, Cancer and Autoimmunity – the list is 25 titles long and some of them are cornerstones of clinical practice. Hardly surprising that Shoenfeld has been called the “Godfather of Autoimmunology” – the study of the immune system turned on itself in a wide array of diseases from type 1 diabetes to ulcerative colitis and multiple sclerosis.
But something strange is happening in the world of immunology lately and a small evidence of it is that the Godfather of Autoimmunology is pointing to vaccines – specifically, some of their ingredients including the toxic metal aluminum – as a significant contributor to the growing global epidemic of autoimmune diseases. The bigger evidence is a huge body of research that’s poured in in the past 15 years, and particularly in the past five years. Take for example, a recent article published in the journal Pharmacological Research in which Shoenfeld and colleagues issue unprecedented guidelines naming four categories of people who are most at risk for vaccine-induced autoimmunity.
“On one hand,” vaccines prevent infections which can trigger autoimmunity, say the paper’s authors, Alessandra Soriano, of the Department of Clinical Medicine and Rheumatology at the Campus Bio-Medico University in Rome, Gideon Nesher, of the Hebrew University Medical School in Jerusalem and Shoenfeld, founder and head of the Zabludowicz Center of Autoimmune Diseases in the Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer. He is also editor of three medical journals and author of more than 1,500 research papers across the spectrum of medical journalism and founder of the International Congress on Autoimmunology. “On the other hand, many reports that describe post-vaccination autoimmunity strongly suggest that vaccines can indeed trigger autoimmunity. Defined autoimmune diseases that may occur following vaccinations include arthritis, lupus (systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE) diabetes mellitus, thrombocytopenia, vasculitis, dermatomyosiositis, Guillain-Barre syndrome and demyelinating disorders. Almost all types of vaccines have been reported to be associated with the onset of ASIA.”
ASIA – or Autoimmune/inflammatory Syndrome Induced by Adjuvants (also known as Shoenfeld’s syndrome) — first appeared in the Journal of Autoimmunology four years ago. It is an umbrella term for a collection of similar symptoms, including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, that result after exposure to an adjuvant – an environmental agent including common vaccine ingredients that stimulate the immune system. Since then an enormous body of research, using ASIA as a paradigm, has begun to unravel the mystery of how environmental toxins, particularly the metal aluminum used in vaccines, can trigger an immune system chain reaction in susceptible individuals and may lead to overt autoimmune disease.

Earlier this year (May, 2017) we covered the story of Amy Fabbrini and Eric Ziegler of Bend, Oregon, who have been fighting to prevent Oregon Department of Human Services’ Child Protection Services from terminating their parental rights to their children for nearly four years.
The agency has deemed the couple “incapable” of parenting. CPS claims that the couple cannot provide for their children because they are believed to be intellectually limited. Two of their children were removed shortly after birth, before the couple even had a chance to parent them.
This label of “incapable” placed on Amy and Eric comes as a shock to those who know the couple, given that both of the parents graduated from high school with a standard diploma, and both ranked in the middle of their graduating class.

Until recently, only four vaccines were mandatory in Italy, but now that number has tripled to 12. Despite the Istituto Superiore Di Sanità (the local version of the CDC) declaring that what was stated in the decree itself had no objective urgency, no other decree-law has moved so fast in the Italian legislative system, proving that this legislation only serves to forward the globalist’s agenda of forced vaccinations for all citizens worldwide.
UNICEF Vaccinates African Refugee Children with Combination OPV/IPV Vaccines as Part of Vaccination Experiment
In 2014, a report published by UNICEF revealed that, due to an outbreak of polio in Kenya, the charity had decided it was time to step up their efforts to contain the disease. According to their reports, the most effective way to increase the children’s immunity was to vaccinate them with a combination of both the oral (OPV) and the injectable polio vaccine (IPV) simultaneously. [1]
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), “There are two types of vaccines that protect against polio: inactivated poliovirus vaccine (IPV) and oral poliovirus vaccine (OPV). IPV is given as an injection in the leg or arm, depending on the patient’s age. Polio vaccine may be given at the same time as other vaccines.” [2]
At first, it appeared that two groups of children were to be vaccinated. The first group would receive the OPV and the second group would receive the IPV. However, it soon became apparent that this was not the case and that, in fact, UNICEF had intended to vaccinate the children with a combination of both of the vaccines.
UNICEF wrote that:
“This time we are including injectable polio vaccine,” says Dr. Samuel Oumo Okiror, Medical Officer at the World Health Organization. “When IPV is combined with OPV, or polio drops, the immunity of the target group improves a lot. We want to make sure that there is better immunity gained among the children.”
Used together, the vaccines accelerate the interruption of poliovirus transmission during outbreaks and also provide greater overall protection from the virus. This approach has not been used previously in any outbreak response.” (emphasis added)
Knowing that this combination could be potentially life-threatening, I decided to watch the video that was published along with the report to see whether or not I had read their paperwork correctly. It wasn’t long before the shocking truth began to sink in. UNICEF was indeed vaccinating the under-fives with not one vaccine, but two polio vaccinations at the same time.
UNICEF’s Secret Partnership Revealed
In 2014, a report published by CTV News, explained that the Global Polio Eradication Initiative was the organization behind the combination vaccination program. As expected, the organization was made up of a partnership among the CDC, Rotary International, the World Health Organization, UNICEF and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. [4]
In her report, author Helen Branswell wrote that:
“Oral polio vaccine has been the workhorse of the eradication effort since its start in 1988. Cheap and easy to administer, OPV has protected billions of children from paralysis. But the vaccine has a couple of unwelcome features.
On rare occasions a child who gets the vaccine will develop polio; that happens at a rate of about one case per every 2.7 million first doses of OPV given. As well, OPV-vaccinated children shed viruses in their stools. In settings where hygiene is poor those viruses can spread to other children, immunizing them too. But if the vaccine viruses continue to circulate, they can regain the virulence that was engineered out of them in the vaccine manufacturing process. And those viruses can cause paralysis too.” (emphasis added)
Reading through her report, it soon became apparent that it was because of these so-called “unwelcome features” that Bill Gates and his colleagues had collectively come up with the bright idea that these vulnerable children should be vaccinated with both the OPV and the IPV vaccine, at the same time, in a bid to eradicate polio.
The Epidemic of Diseased Ovaries

In an article in The Vaccine Reaction titled “Why are Americans So Sick?” journalist Rishma Parpia noted that the United States is experiencing an epidemic of autoimmune diseases. She listed several autoimmune diseases associated with chronic inflammation in the body that have become so “common” that they have come to be seen as normal, including celiac disease, lupus, multiple sclerosis (MS), and type 1 diabetes.1
There is another serious chronic health condition becoming more prevalent in the U.S. and other countries defined as an endocrine (hormonal) disorder, which some scientists suspect may also be an autoimmune disease. It is called polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).2 3 4 The U.S. Office on Women’s Health estimates that one in 10 women between ages 15 and 44 in the U.S. have PCOS.5
It is estimated that 8-20 percent of women of reproductive age in the world are affected by PCOS,6 which involves under or over-production of certain hormones among women of reproductive age that can cause enlarged ovaries and small cysts on their outer edges.7 8
In PCOS there is a low level of progesterone, one of the two main female sex hormones. This low progesterone level has the effect of overstimulating the immune system, which then produces more of the other of the two main female sex hormones, estrogen, and leads to the production of autoantibodies that can mistakenly attack and damage the body’s healthy cells and organs.4

Autoimmune Diseases: A Silent and Rising Epidemic
Autoimmune diseases are among the most prevalent diseases in the U.S., affecting more than 23.5 million Americans, particularly women. More than 80 autoimmune diseases have been identified. The most common of these affecting Americans are type 1 diabetes, lupus, MS, rheumatoid arthritis and celiac disease.6 According to the U.S Department of Health and Human Services (HSS), these conditions tend to develop in women in the childbearing years.7
Emily Somers, PhD, an epidemiologist at the University of Michigan’s School of Public Health states:
Females have a higher susceptibility to autoimmune diseases than men—in fact, autoimmune diseases as a group rank among the leading 10 causes of death for women.8 9
Historically, autoimmune diseases have not always been this common. The prevalence of both autoimmune diseases and allergies has been increasing in the U.S. since the 1950s.10 While researchers have postulated many theories explaining the rise in autoimmune diseases, the cause of autoimmune diseases remains largely unknown.
Chronic diseases are the single largest threat to the health of Americans—not infectious diseases. They are the leading cause of death in the U.S. Despite the fact that deaths from infectious diseases have dramatically declined, current public health policies and laws that seek to prevent infectious diseases through vaccination have never been as aggressively enforced in American history.
The big question that remains unanswered is: Why is there such a lack of urgency by public health officials to investigate what is causing American children and adults to be so sick?

Eighteen babies and toddlers have died following childhood vaccinations in just four years, a secret Government report reveals.
Four deaths have been linked to suspected adverse reactions to the measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) triple jab, according to documents prepared for the Government’s expert advisers on immunisation.
The controversial jab has been beset by fears of a link to autism and bowel disease, although since its introduction in 1998, yearly deaths from measles have fallen from 16 to zero, while the jab against meningitis C is thought to save 50 lives a year.
The report, covering the period between 2001 and 2004, details how one baby suffered a cot death following MMR vaccination in 2003. Two more infants were reported to have died after having the MMR jab in 2001, but the cause of death in both cases was unknown.
After the death of a child who developed meningitis and swelling of the brain three weeks after an MMR jab in 2004, a claim for compensation was made by the child’s parents. It is not known if this was successful.
Six fatalities followed meningitis C vaccinations between 2001 and 2003. The deaths of seven other babies were linked to combined vaccines against diphtheria, tetanus and whooping cough and reported to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). They include a baby who died from a heart attack. Another died after a polio jab.
Almost 800 other reports of suspected complications of childhood vaccination – including convulsions and hyptonia, in which the baby becomes floppy like a “rag doll” – were also made, including 160 for MMR.
Medics raised the alarm under the MHRA “yellow card” warning system, set up to monitor suspected adverse drug reactions. Although making such a report does not prove that vaccination caused death or injury, it means that doctors fear it may have played a part.

Study – Colonisation by Streptococcus pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus in healthy children
Summary
A trial with a 7-valent pneumococcal-conjugate vaccine in children with recurrent acute otitis media showed a shift in pneumococcal colonisation towards non-vaccine serotypes and an increase in Staphylococcus aureus-related acute otitis media after vaccination. We investigated prevalence and determinants of nasopharyngeal carriage of Streptococcus pneumoniae and S aureus in 3198 healthy children aged 1–19 years. Nasopharyngeal carriage of S pneumoniae was detected in 598 (19%) children, and was affected by age (peak incidence at 3 years) and day-care attendance (odds ratio [OR] 2·14, 95% CI 1·44–3·18). S aureus carriage was affected by age (peak incidence at 10 years) and male sex (OR 1·46, 1·25–1·70). Serotyping showed 42% vaccine type pneumococci. We noted a negative correlation for co-colonisation of S aureus and vaccine-type pneumococci (OR 0·68, 0·48–0·94), but not for S aureus and non-vaccine serotypes. These findings suggest a natural competition between colonisation with vaccine-type pneumococci and S aureus, which might explain the increase in S aureus-related otitis media after vaccination.

HBO’s John Oliver Exposed

The manipulation of corporate media by the monied influence of multinational pharmaceutical companies is a fact. For anyone watching news cycles come and go a narrative begins to emerge. Unfavorable news and reporting which casts vaccines and the agencies responsible for their oversight and policy-making in a poor light is prohibited. Historically, the general public has endured growing amounts of vaccine-injury and forced vaccine mandates. Many have patiently stood by in vain only to witness their government agencies and oversight committees fail them at every opportunity. And at every turn American media can be found running cover for Big Pharma’s vaccine corruption now hitting breakaway speeds.
Yet underneath it all a revolution has been slowly simmering for decades. Millions of parents, bonded by the pain and suffering caused by witnessing their child’s severe vaccine injury, have undergone the metamorphosis into warriors. The public revelations put forth by Dr. William Thompson – the CDC whistleblower – signaled a quickening only to be amplified by both the documentary film Vaxxed: From Cover-Up to Catastrophe and a full-court press of forced vaccination laws being attempted throughout the country. It was in this atmosphere that HBO’s John Oliver, host of “Last Week Tonight,” foolishly decided to kick the hornet’s nest of medically abused families and downtrodden warrior-parents.
In the absence of debate and truth, US media has wielded only a few insulting, simple-minded and untrue pharmaceutical industry talking points when it comes to vaccines. One needs to look no further than Oliver’s recent 30-minute piece to hear them all. If anything, Oliver now has the record for the most polished and arrogant delivery for all of Big Pharma’s easily and long since debunked talking points. There to meet Oliver at the finish line and spoil his victory lap was HighWire host Del Bigtree.
Rather than outright attack Oliver for his hit piece, Bigtree walked the popular HBO comic through each point deconstructing the lies with hard truths. During Oliver’s infotainment monologue he leaned heavily on the tired, empty arguments of herd immunity, one in a million cases of severe adverse reactions from vaccines, safe mercury and an overall worship of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). At times, Oliver’s appeal to authority arguments were sad and easily deconstructed by common sense. For example, in an attempt to ridicule any questions about the known toxic and problematic ingredients in vaccines, Oliver praised the shots for containing “science juice.” Oliver went on to call for the end of investigation into the dangers of vaccines by evidencing a taped recording of Autism Science Foundation’s Allison Singer claiming we have done enough studies already. What Oliver’s editors didn’t disclose is that Singer also serves on the CDC’s advisory board and currently shares a board of directors position at her foundation with known Big Pharma stooge Paul Offit. Bigtree goes on to point out the deep corruption now inherent within the CDC showing most, if now all, of the captured agency’s vaccine-autism studies are deeply flawed and at times criminal. Overall, Bigtree’s simple breakdown now serves as a one stop shop to deconstruct most media, government and mainstream medial talking point attempting to claim the overall [false] idea that vaccines are safe and effective.
Herd Immunity: Three Reasons Why I Don’t Vaccinate My Children… And Why Vaccine Supporters Shouldn’t Care That I Use Vaccine Exemption Forms
Parents who choose not to vaccinate their children and protect them with vaccine exemption forms are often chastised and stereotyped for putting their own kids at risk. But what is even stranger than this assault on individual freedom and informed choice, is that these concerned parents are attacked for putting vaccinated children at risk.
These attacks are based on the theory of “herd immunity.” This hypothesis was plucked out of an old college textbook. It states that the more people are immune to an infectious agent, the less likely an immune-compromised individual is to come in contact with it. In other words herd immunity serves as a human shield – a type of immunity – for “at-risk” individuals. But remember, it’s only a hypothesis.
When outbreaks arise among children, health officials are quick to state that it’s due to a breakdown in ‘herd immunity.‘ Doctors parrot it too, without even looking at the research. They say it’s happening more often nationwide as states make it easier for parents to opt out of vaccinations.
Like argumentative apes, pro-vaccine parents and their physicians start pounding their chest in favor of such statements. They use them to attack anti-vaccine parents, accusing them of “putting vaccinated kids at risk due to a breakdown in herd immunity.”
This is fuzzy logic. And it’s borderline stupid.
After all, if vaccines truly worked, then why would vaccinated kids be at risk?
…Plus, the spread of infection isn’t limited to coming into contact with another person! You can get sick without ever seeing another individual. Therefore, herd immunity is nothing more than a silly catch-phrase used to scare and bully parents into vaccinating their kids. Don’t fall for it parents, keep using the vaccine exemption forms to legally avoid them.
