The FDA has proposed to produce 500 pages per month which, based on its calculated number of pages, would mean it would complete its production in nearly 55 years – the year 2076.
Until the entire body of documents provided by Pfizer to the FDA are made available, an appropriate analysis by the independent scientists that are members of Plaintiff is not possible.
Would the FDA agree to review and license this product without all the documents? Of course not. These independent, world-renowned scientists should be provided the same forthwith.
The entire purpose of the FOIA is to assure government transparency. It is difficult to imagine a greater need for transparency than immediate disclosure of the documents relied upon by the FDA to license a product that is now being mandated to over 100 million Americans under penalty of losing their careers, their income, their military service status, and far worse.

Pfizer and BioNTech on Tuesday asked the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to authorize a third dose of their COVID vaccine for all people 18 and older, even though advisory panels to the FDA and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in September overwhelmingly rejected a similar request.

The companies said their new request is based on the results of a study, conducted by Pfizer and BioNTech, which has not been published or peer-reviewed.

The companies said the study of more than 10,000 volunteers showed vaccine efficacy against symptomatic infection of 95% or greater for people receiving the booster.

According to the Associated Press, a median of 11 months after receiving their last Pfizer vaccine dose, trial participants were given either a third booster dose or a placebo shot. Researchers tracked any infections that occurred at least a week later.

So far, five cases of symptomatic COVID occurred among booster recipients compared to 109 cases in the placebo group.

Pfizer did not disclose how many participants experienced asymptomatic infection, or whether the clinical trial included individuals with natural immunity acquired from previous SARS-CoV-2 infection — as did Pfizer’s clinical trial for 5 to 11 years olds.

According to CDC data, about 25 million people in the U.S. have received a COVID booster. It’s not clear how many would qualify for a booster if the FDA signs off on Pfizer-BioNTech’s request.

The death by starvation of Etwariya Devi, a 67-year-old widow from the rural Indian state of Jharkhand, might have passed without notice had it not been part of a more widespread trend.

Like 1.3 billion of her fellow Indians, Devi had been pushed to enroll in a biometric digital ID system called Aadhaar in order to access public services, including her monthly allotment of 25kg of rice. When her fingerprint failed to register with the shoddy system, Devi was denied her food ration.

Throughout the course of the following three months in 2017, she was repeatedly refused food until she succumbed to hunger, alone in her home.

Premani Kumar, a 64-year-old woman also from Jharkhand, met the same demise as Devi, dying of hunger and exhaustion the same year after the Aadhaar system transferred her pension payments to another person without her permission, while cutting off her monthly food rations.

A similarly cruel fate was reserved for Santoshi Kumari, an 11-year-old girl, also from Jharkhand, who reportedly died begging for rice after her family’s ration card was canceled because it had not been linked to their Aadhaar digital ID.

These three heart-rending casualties were among a spate of deaths in rural India in 2017 which came as a direct result of the Aadhaar digital ID system.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom has remained out of public sight since getting a CCP virus vaccine booster shot on Oct. 27.

The governor’s office released a surprising announcement on Oct. 29 canceling Newsom’s plans to attend the United Nations climate summit in Scotland to deal with unspecific family obligations.

The governor’s spokesperson said on Oct. 29 that Newsom planned to participate in the climate conference virtually, but a delegation schedule released later did not feature any virtual events with Newsom.

Newsom spokesperson Erin Mellon said on Thursday the governor will participate virtually in “a couple” of the climate summit events next week. The office did not respond to questions on Friday about what the governor has been doing this week.

“The governor will participate in a couple events next week focused on global efforts to advance zero emission vehicles and to move beyond oil,” Mellon said Thursday.

The governor was last seen receiving a Moderna CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus booster shot on Oct. 27. The governor’s booster was a mix-and-match with the original regimen, which was a Johnson & Johnson (J&J) shot.

“I am choosing not to do J&J today not because I had any problems with J&J, in fact it went beautifully, but to make the point about the opportunity to mix and match,” Newsom said at the time.

The California governor should have appeared before TV cameras to announce the state’s CCP virus vaccination program for children aged 5 to 11. Atypically, the announcement was made via an emailed news release instead.

(LifeSiteNews) — Eleven physicians who suffered serious injuries from their COVID-19 injections have gone public, urging federal agencies and other doctors to recognize the risks posed by the experimental drugs, conduct thorough investigations, and provide transparency to all those considering taking the shots, according to a story published by the Catholic World Report on Monday.

“The harms they have been reporting are not redness at the injection site. The harms are all serious,” wrote attorney Aaron Siri of the law firm Siri Glimstad in a letter on behalf of the physicians.

“To avoid future harms from this vaccine and to heal the doctors’ patients, and in some cases to heal themselves, research is critically needed to understand how the Covid-19 vaccine is causing these harms,” he said.

Siri, whose law firm has spent the past year fighting vaccine mandates, stated that if federal agencies fail to properly acknowledge the dangers of mass vaccination and adequately inform the public, his firm is set to pursue legal action against the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

In a letter addressed to high-ranking public health leaders in the HHS, CDC, and FDA, Siri attached the signed declarations of the vaccine-injured doctors, who described in detail their varied adverse reactions to the shots.
