Pet owner spreading vaccination awareness after senior pet’s death

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Joann Saathoff’s 14-year-old Pomeranian, Lexy, died on Sept. 24, and she believes the round of vaccinations Lexy received 12 days earlier led to her death.
Now Saatoff is trying to raise awareness about the options owners of senior pets have when it comes to getting shots for their furry friends.
It all started when Lexy went in for her annual check up. She was evaluated by the vet first, who said Lexy was in good health. Then Lexy received five shots, the same exact group of shots she’d received the year before. Within a few hours, Saathoff said her active dog had grown lethargic.
She took Lexy back to the vet the next day and they said her reaction was common, so they gave her an antibiotic and fluids. But Lexy’s condition continued to decline, the six pound dog threw up everything she ate. When she died, she weighed only three pounds. Saathoff said the cause of Lexy’s death was starvation, but the veterinarian told her that it started with the vaccinations which were “too much for her system.”
Saathooff began researching.
“I found out there’s a lot of senior dogs out there that can’t handle the full regimen of vaccinations,” she said.
She says she doesn’t blame her vet, she just wishes she knew about other options. Now she’s urging other pet owners to ask about what is best for their pets.
“My message to the community is you have options with your senior level dogs,” she said.

My name is Tanya and on the 26th of September 2012, James my son was born 8 weeks premature weighing in at just 2.4oz.
We live in a remote mining community in southern WA called Kalgoorlie and Ben, my beautiful husband, worked in the mines and because our son was born prem, he had to have a dTap vaccination and that’s just what you do. So just to be safe, as our entire family was protected and as good parents we believed we were, we always did the right thing.
James ended up and is doing fine but Ben, a healthy 34-year-old loving father and beautiful husband, sadly and totally unknowingly suffered the worst fate possible.

Our vows in sickness and in health, no longer see any of the later and I’m now a full-time carer for Ben, no different than he would have done for me because our love for each other was so strong, but this curveball of life has put us to the test.

Ten days after his son received his measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) and Chickenpox vaccines his father and mother noted changes in Lil Ben’s behavior. His appetite was off, he was sleeping more, and he no longer played appropriately with his toys. On Nov. 27, 2004 while Father was changing his son’s diaper, he noticed that the baby’s eyes did not look right. Ben was lifeless when his father lifted him.
Zeller called Emergency Rescue and his neighbor, a registered nurse, who came to the Zeller’s home and revived Lil Ben. An Emergency Medical Service (EMS) team arrived and took Ben to a nearby hospital. In these first frantic moments that foreshadowed Ben’s painful future, Zeller had a realization: the MMR vaccine that Ben had received 10 days prior was the cause of his seizure.
The Zellers were sent home from the hospital on the night of Ben’s first seizure with Motrin. They were told Ben’s fever and seizures were adverse effects of his vaccination. But the trips to the emergency room continued throughout that week. Zeller brought his son to the hospital several times as a result of recurring 5-30 seizures per day.
In December, Ben was admitted to a hospital in Miami, where he would stay for 11 days. “They did an MRI,” says Zeller, “and they found that his brain was degenerating. The seizures became worse. He would have 10, 20, and then 30 in one day, all within one month.” The Zellers were told repeatedly that Ben was suffering from a genetic disorder, but all genetic testing came back with inconclusive results.
The Vaccine Court Case
Israeli Zeller Family decided to sue the United States Federal Government, United States Department of Justice and United States Human Health Services in Washington D.C. in Vaccine Court and U.S. Federal Claims Court ruled in favor of compensation for the Zeller family in July 2008. The Zeller family was one of the largest settlements in Vaccine court’s history.
Ultimately the court highlighted the fact that Ben had been progressing and was neurologically stable until he received the MMR vaccine. (Judge) Special Master Richard Abell noted that if regression had been occurring prior to the vaccination, there would be mention of it in the thorough documentation that was presented to the court. “The first note of regression noted in the medical records appears to be from December of 2004,” read the entitlement ruling, “following the vaccination, the initial seizure ten days subsequent, and the bout of successive seizures in early December. Dr. Stephanie Seneff shared: The movie Vaxxed has done a great service to inform the public of a potential link between the MMR vaccine and autism. I have been aware of this link for many years, after having studied the FDA’s VAERS database of vaccine events, with a specific focus on potential autism links. MMR is much more frequently associated with mentions of autism than the other vaccines administered at the same age (P=0.007). Furthermore, MMR in the second half of the database (from 2003 to 2016) is associated with many more severe adverse events, including autism, than was the MMR vaccine during the early half, despite the fact that, to my knowledge, the formulation has not changed. MMR contains neither mercury nor aluminum, two ingredients in other vaccines that are highly neurotoxic. However, MMR has significantly more gelatin than the other vaccines, and that is its Achilles’ heel. In this talk, I will explain how glyphosate contamination in the vaccine, most likely from the gelatin, is leading to an autoimmune attack on the myelin sheath, which disrupts long-distance transport among nerve fibers, contributing to autism.

To the contrary, the study details cases where, despite the detection of high levels of antibodies against the mumps virus, patients contracted a malignant form of mumps that only rarely follows from natural, community acquired infection.
Vaccine Failure Is Well Established In the Scientific Literature
While counter-intuitive to those who uncritically accept the official marketing copy of the vaccine industry and their cheerleaders within government and the mainstream media, the research community and general public is beginning to appreciate how prevalent and well-documented vaccine failure really is, especially in the case of measles, hepatitis B, chickenpox, pertussis (whooping cough), HIV, polio, HPV, and influenza vaccines that do not work as advertised.
We live in a time when many medical interventions are decided not by the weight of the evidence itself, but by ‘science by proclamation,’ i.e. the public, and the regulatory agencies legally responsible for protecting them, simply accept pleas to authority or vague references to ‘the Science,’ without any acknowledgement of the reality of how vaccine research is manipulated or simply selectively published to serve economic and socio-political agendas. For example, of the billions of dollars (much of which is funded by you, the taxpayer) funneled into proving vaccines safe and effective thus far, not a single published study exists to date that compares vaccinated subjects to non-vaccinated ones. The obvious reason is that if the results of such a study demonstrated better health or immunity in the non-vaccinated group (as many suspect), the entire house of cards supporting our present-day, globally coordinated pro-vaccine agenda would fall to pieces.

Abstract
Objective
We report the features and diagnosis of complicated mumps in previously vaccinated young adults.
Patients and methods
We retrospectively studied 7 cases of complicated mumps managed during 1 year at the Bordeaux University Hospital. The diagnosis was suggested by the clinical presentation and confirmed using specific RT-PCR.
Results
Five cases of meningitis, 1 of orchitis, and 1 of unilateral hearing impairment were identified. Each of the 7 patients had been previously vaccinated with MMR, 4 had received 2 doses of this vaccine. Blood tests revealed high rates of IgG antibodies, usually considered as sufficient for immunological protection, and every patient had at least 1 positive RT-PCR test for mumps.
Conclusion
Outbreaks of complicated mumps may still occur despite a broad coverage of MMR vaccination. The clinical presentation suggested mumps but the final diagnosis could only be confirmed by genomic detection of the virus. Unusual viral strains with increased neurovirulence, insufficient population coverage associated with immunity decrease over time may explain outbreaks of complicated mumps. A full vaccine scheme of contact people or a third injection of vaccine for previously vaccinated people who are at risk of developing mumps are required to prevent further spreading of the disease during the outbreak.

Abstract: In this paper, I have summarized the experimental and largely clinical evidence that implicates aluminum as a primary etiological factor in Alzheimer’s disease. The unequivocal neurotoxicity of aluminum must mean that when brain burdens of aluminum exceed toxic thresholds that it is inevitable that aluminum contributes toward disease. Aluminum acts as a catalyst for an earlier onset of Alzheimer’s disease in individuals with or without concomitant predispositions, genetic or otherwise. Alzheimer’s disease is not an inevitable consequence of aging in the absence of a brain burden of aluminum.

Johns Hopkins Scientist Reveals Shocking Report on Flu Vaccines

A Johns Hopkins scientist has issued a blistering report on influenza vaccines in the British Medical Journal (BMJ). Peter Doshi, Ph.D., charges that although the vaccines are being pushed on the public in unprecedented numbers, they are less effective and cause more side effects than alleged by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Further, says Doshi, the studies that underlie the CDC’s policy of encouraging most people to get a yearly flu shot are often low quality studies that do not substantiate the official claims.
Promoting influenza vaccines is one of the most visible and aggressive public health policies in the United States, says Doshi of the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Drug companies and public officials press for widespread vaccination each fall, offering vaccinations in drugstores and supermarkets. The results have been phenomenal. Only 20 years ago, 32 million doses of influenza vaccine were available in the United States on an annual basis. Today, the total has skyrocketed to 135 million doses.
“The vaccine may be less beneficial and less safe than has been claimed, and the threat of influenza seems to be overstated,” Doshi says. Mandatory vaccination polices have been enacted, often in healthcare facilities, forcing some people to take the vaccine under threat of losing their jobs.
The main assertion of the CDC that fuels the push for flu vaccines each year is that influenza comes with a risk of serious complications which can cause death, especially in senior citizens and those suffering from chronic illnesses. That’s not the case, said Doshi.

Just because there’s only a little baking soda in a cake doesn’t mean it’s not in there. In fact, a little baking soda can have quite the effect on a cake and the person eating it. If it’s on the label, it’s in the vaccine.

his is Food Allergy Awareness Week. Here at TMR, we wish to highlight one aspect of food allergy around which there is little awareness: how food allergies can be created with the use of aluminum adjuvants.
Life-threatening food allergy, especially to peanut, is a multi-million-dollar industry, with EpiPens costing an exorbitant amount. The race to find a cure through peanut vaccines and peanut patches is extremely lucrative, thus the need for a good sample of anaphylactic animals to experiment on in order to perfect these treatments. Approximately 1 in 13 children has life-threatening food allergies, or about two children in every classroom. Yet, biochemists will tell you it’s very difficult to overcome the natural barriers that prevent allergy. Something must happen to the immune system to push it into overdrive.
On the journey to life-threatening allergy there are a few winding paths, but only one rapid, busy highway: injection. Labs need to make animals anaphylactic to a range of foods rapidly and efficiently, and while it is possible to do so by repeated feeding of the allergen along with an adjuvant, as you can tell from this study, even a single injection makes the process much faster and more efficient.
In a sad twist of fate, one allergy mom, who used to make lab rats allergic during her pre-mom career as a scientist, discusses how they made them anaphylactic in the following interview:
Can you tell us a bit about your background?
I studied Biological Sciences in college and was pre-med. After being accepted into two medical schools, I took some time to decide if medicine was really what I wanted to do (it wasn’t). I ended up working in a research lab straight out of college while trying to figure out my next steps. The lab was in the Clinical Immunology department of a prestigious university medical school. I worked there for two years before going back to school to study Clinical Laboratory Sciences for a second degree. I received my second bachelor’s degree followed by my certification in Medical Laboratory Sciences. After which, I proceeded to work in the clinical laboratory (hematology, chemistry, and urinalysis) of a very large county hospital for seven years. After this time, I left my job to care for my two children with autism and complex medical issues.

Abstract
Background
Food allergy (FA) is an adverse health effect produced by the exposure to a given food. Currently, there is no optimal animal model of FA for the screening of immunotherapies or for testing the allergenicity of new foods.
Objective
The aim of the present study was to develop an effective and rapid model of FA in Brown Norway rats. In order to establish biomarkers of FA in rat, we compared the immune response and the anaphylactic shock obtained in this model with those achieved with only intraperitoneal immunization.
Methods
Rats received an intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin (OVA) with alum and toxin from Bordetella pertussis, and 14 days later, OVA by oral route daily for three weeks (FA group). A group of rats receiving only the i.p. injection (IP group) were also tested. Serum anti-OVA IgE, IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgA antibodies were quantified throughout the study. After an oral challenge, body temperature, intestinal permeability, motor activity, and mast cell protease II (RMCP-II) levels were determined. At the end of the study, anti-OVA intestinal IgA, spleen cytokine production, lymphocyte composition of Peyer’s patches and mesenteric lymph nodes, and gene expression in the small intestine were quantified.
Results
Serum OVA-specific IgG1, IgG2a and IgG2b concentrations rose with the i.p. immunization but were highly augmented after the oral OVA administration. Anti-OVA IgE increased twofold during the first week of oral OVA gavage. The anaphylaxis in both IP and FA groups decreased body temperature and motor activity, whereas intestinal permeability increased. Interestingly, the FA group showed a much higher RMCP II serum protein and intestinal mRNA expression.
Conclusions
These results show both an effective and relatively rapid model of FA assessed by means of specific antibody titres and the high production of RMCP-II and its intestinal gene expression.

Gardasil Vaccine Becomes International Scandal: Deceptive Emails by Health Officials Exposed to Public

I predict that Gardasil will become the greatest medical scandal of all times because at some point in time, the evidence will add up to prove that this vaccine, technical and scientific feat that it may be, has absolutely no effect on cervical cancer and that all the very many adverse effects which destroy lives and even kill, serve no other purpose than to generate profit for the manufacturers.
This statement was made in April of 2014 by French medical doctor Bernard Dalbergue, a former pharmaceutical industry physician with Merck, the manufacturer of the HPV vaccine Gardasil. (Story here.)
This past week, Dr. Sin Hang Lee, M.D., F.R.C.P. (C), FCAP, director of the Milford Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory in Connecticut, proved Dr. Dalbergue’s prediction correct, when he published a letter sent to the U.S. CDC, the World Health Organization, the Ministry of Health in Japan, and others, documenting “scientific misconduct” among the world’s leading health organizations tasked with providing vaccine safety, by deliberately misleading Japanese health authorities on the safety of the HPV vaccine.
Japanese health authorities had halted their recommendation of the HPV vaccines in 2013 due to safety concerns. Japanese officials began a full investigation into the HPV vaccines at that time.
Dr. Sin Hang Lee has allegedly discovered that at a public hearing on HPV vaccine safety which was held in Tokyo, Japan on February 26, 2014, members of the Global Advisory Committee on Vaccine Safety (GACVS), the World Health Organization, the CDC and other scientific/health professionals:
deliberately set out to mislead Japanese authorities regarding the safety of the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines, Gardasil® and Cervarix®, which were being promoted at that time.
Dr. Lee discovered the alleged deception by obtaining a series of emails via a Freedom of Information request submitted in New Zealand.
According to Dr. Lee, these emails reveal:
that Dr. Robert Pless, the chairperson of the Global Advisory Committee on Vaccine Safety (GACVS), Dr. Nabae Koji of the Ministry of Health of Japan, Dr. Melinda Wharton of the CDC, Dr. Helen Petousis-Harris of Auckland University, New Zealand, and others (including WHO officials) may have been actively involved in a scheme to deliberately mislead the Japanese Expert Inquiry on human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine safety before, during and after the February 26, 2014 public hearing in Tokyo. Dr. Lee issues a very stern statement at the conclusion of his letter:
It is my opinion that Dr Pless, those whose names appeared in the emails attached to this complaint, and all who blindly dismiss the potential toxicity of the newly created HPV L1 gene DNA/AAHS compound in order to continue to promote HPV vaccinations should be held accountable for their actions. There is no excuse for intentionally ignoring the scientific evidence. There is no excuse for misleading global vaccination policy makers at the expense of public interest.
It is my contention these people have not only violated the Terms of Reference of the WHO Global Advisory Committee on Vaccine Safety (GACVS); they have violated the public trust. Immediate, independent and thorough investigations into their actions with appropriate disciplinary action is the only option available that might restore the public’s confidence in worldwide health authorities.

As we have reported in many previous articles here at Health Impact News, the HPV vaccine has become a huge international controversy, while enjoying widespread mainstream media and medical acceptance here in the United States. Any mainstream media reporter who dares to report on the controversy surrounding Gardasil faces ridicule and a potential loss of their career. (Just ask Katie Couric.)
U.S. law prevents anyone from suing Merck or any other vaccine manufacturer as the U.S. Congress gave them total immunity from civil lawsuits in 1986, and that legal protection which gives them a free pass to put as many vaccines into the market as they want to, was upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court in 2011. In addition, the National Institute of Health receives royalties from the sales of Gardasil. So don’t expect objective, true information from the U.S. mainstream media, or your U.S. doctor.
But Merck does not have the same legal protection outside the U.S., and it is here we must find information regarding lawsuits over injuries and deaths related to Gardasil.

For concerned parents seeking the truth, it’s worth remembering that the exact same people who own the world’s drug companies also own America’s news outlets. Finding propaganda-free information has been difficult, until now.

At the center of the fifteen-year controversy is Dr. Andrew Wakefield of Austin, Texas. It was Dr. Wakefield that first publicized the link between stomach disorders and autism, and taking the findings one step further, the link between stomach disorders, autism and the Measles Mumps Rubella (MMR) vaccine.
For that discovery way back in 1996, and a subsequent research paper published by the doctor in 1998, Andrew Wakefield has found himself the victim of a world-wide smear campaign by drug corporations, governments and media companies. And while Dr. Wakefield has been persecuted and prosecuted to the extent of being unable to legally practice medicine because of his discovery, he has instead become a best-selling author, the founder of the Strategic Autism Initiative, and the Director of the Autism Media Channel.
But in recent months, courts, governments and vaccine manufacturers have quietly conceded the fact that the Measles Mumps Rubella (MMR) vaccine most likely does cause autism and stomach diseases. Pharmaceutical companies have even gone so far as to pay out massive monetary awards, totaling in the millions, to the victims in an attempt to compensate them for damages and to buy their silence.

It was with that background and with that insight into the practices of the Joint Committee of Vaccination and Immunisation and I took the stand that I did on MMR. I was deeply and justifiably concerned. So the next question is beyond the fact that MMR vaccine is not safe and has not been adequately tested; not just my opinion but the opinion of many; is does MMR vaccine cause autism.
Now this question has been answered not by me but by the courts, by the vaccine courts in Italy and in the United States of America where it appears that many children over the last 30 years have been awarded millions of dollars for the fact that they have been brain-damaged by MMR vaccine and other vaccines and that brain-damage has led to autism. That is a fact.
Now it has been argued by the government that some poor judge has been forced into making this decision that on balance the vaccine cause the autism in the face and in contradiction to the evidence that is available, the scientific evidence. No. That is grossly misleading. Three of these cases the least; Poling, the Italian case, and more recently the Mojabi case, were conceded by the government experts. In other words the government extrovert is, the government themselves have conceded that the vaccine cause the autism. They didn’t fight the case. They conceded it based upon the evidence available to – all of it – that the MMR vaccine caused the child’s autism.
So this isn’t some poor judge being forced into a position in the absence of the evidence or in contradiction to the evidence. This is the government’s own experts conceding that the MMR vaccine caused the autism, or caused brain damage in this case that led to be autism. And what we have are millions of dollars being paid out to these children to fund their autism treatment so when the government says it is not settled cases of autism, please bear in mind that what they’re paying for the costs of the autism treatments. The government if it says that is speaking out of both sides of its mouth.
DTP Vaccine Increases Mortality in Young Infants 5 to 10-Fold Compared to Unvaccinated Infants

For many years, public health advocates have vainly urged the CDC and WHO to conduct studies comparing vaccinated vs. unvaccinated populations to measure overall health outcomes. Now a team of Scandinavian scientists has conducted such a study and the results are alarming. That study, funded in part by the Danish government and lead by Dr. Soren Wengel Mogensen, was published in January in EBioMedicine. Mogensen and his team of scientists found that African children inoculated with the DTP (diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis) vaccine, during the early 1980s had a 5-10 times greater mortality than their unvaccinated peers.
The data suggest that, while the vaccine protects against infection from those three bacteria, it makes children more susceptible to dying from other causes.
The scientists term the study a “natural experiment” since a birthday-based vaccination system employed for the Bandim Health Project (BHP) in Guinea Bissau, West Africa had the effect of creating a vaccinated cohort and a similarly situated unvaccinated control group. In the time period covered by this study, Guinea-Bissau had 50% child mortality rates for children up to age 5. Starting in 1978, BHP health care workers contacted pregnant mothers and encouraged them to visit infant weighing sessions provided by a BHP team every three months after their child’s birth. Beginning in 1981, BHP offered vaccinations at the weighing sessions. Since the DPT vaccine and OPV (oral polio) immunizations were offered only to children who were at least three months of age at the weighing sessions, the children’s random birthdays allowed for analysis of deaths between 3 and 5 months of age depending on vaccination status. So, for example, a child born on January 1st and weighed on April 1st would be vaccinated, but a child born on February 1st would not be vaccinated until their following visit at age 5 months on July 1st.
In the primary analysis, DTP-vaccinated infants experienced mortalities five times greater than DTP-unvaccinated infants. Mortalities to vaccinated girls were 9.98 times those among females in the unvaccinated control group, while mortalities to vaccinated boys were 3.93 times the controls. Oddly, the scientists found that children receiving the oral polio vaccine simultaneously with DTP fared much better than children who did not. The OPV vaccine appeared to modify the negative effect of the DTP vaccine, reducing mortalities to 3.52 times those experienced among the control group. Overall, mortalities among vaccinated children were 10 times the control group when children received only the DTP.
Govt. Still Pushing HPV Vaccine on Kids a Decade after JW Exposed Deadly Side Effects

A decade after Judicial Watch exposed the dangers of a government-backed cervical cancer vaccine, a federal lawsuit highlights its perilous side effects including paralysis, seizures, nausea and death. Litigation was initiated by disgruntled parents because the government is still pushing the hazardous vaccine, manufactured by pharmaceutical giant Merck, on children as young as nine years old to treat a sexually transmitted disease.
The vaccine is called Gardasil and in the last ten years Judicial Watch has uncovered troves of government records documenting its harmful side effects. The vaccine was scandalously fast-tracked by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and was ardently promoted by the Obama administration as a miracle shot that can prevent certain strains of cervical cancer caused by Human Papillomavirus (HPV). Instead it’s been linked to thousands of debilitating side effects, according to the government’s own daunting statistics. This includes thousands of cases of paralysis, convulsions, blindness and dozens of deaths. Back in 2008, after receiving the first disturbing batch of records from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Judicial Watch published a special report detailing Gardasil’s approval process, side effects, safety concerns and marketing practices. Undoubtedly, it illustrates a large-scale public health experiment.
Regardless, the government has continued promoting the vaccine while covering up its debilitating side effects, recommending it for girls—and more recently boys—starting at age 9. The Obama administration gave dozens of state and municipal health agencies tens of millions of dollars to boost the number of adolescents that get Gardasil. This includes targeting low-income and ethnic minority populations that receive “culturally sensitive” intervention in a variety of languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, Armenian and Korean. U.S. law forbids lawsuits against vaccine manufacturers, but Judicial Watch has obtained records from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) revealing that its National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) has awarded nearly $6 million to dozens of victims in claims made against the very HPV vaccine it is pushing on children.
In 2014 a physician who worked at Merck denounced Gardasil as an ineffective vaccine with deadly side effects that serves no other purpose than to generate profit for its manufacturer. The former pharmaceutical industry doctor, Bernard Dalbergue, said Gardasil is useless, costs a fortune and that decision-makers at all levels are aware of it. “I predict that Gardasil will become the greatest medical scandal of all times because at some point in time, the evidence will add up to prove that this vaccine, technical and scientific feat that it may be, has absolutely no effect on cervical cancer and that all the very many adverse effects which destroy lives and even kill, serve no other purpose than to generate profit for the manufacturers,” Dr. Dalbergue said. He added that there is far too much financial interest for the vaccine to be withdrawn. Dr. Dalbergue’s statements were used by a member of the French Parliament as part of a broader campaign blasting Gardasil’s horrible safety record in Europe.

This Judicial Watch Special Report is an analysis of records obtained from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) concerning a recent vaccine called Gardasil. Gardasil helps protect against four types of human papillomavirus (HPV). The vaccine was approved in May 2006 and was created and marketed by Merck & Company Incorporated.
The records include Merck’s patent and drug information submitted to the FDA, transcripts and briefing material from approval meetings, and reports documenting health, safety, and efficacy test results, as well as Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) documents detailing 8,864 cases of adverse effects experienced by people after receiving the Gardasil vaccine. VAERS reports show that at least eighteen people have died after receiving Gardasil.
Many health officials believe that adverse reactions to medications are widely underreported, therefore the actual number of adverse events occurring after vaccination with Gardasil is likely to be higher. Judicial Watch obtained these records under the provisions of the Freedom of Information
Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552. The request, asking for documents concerning Gardasil, was originally submitted to the FDA on May 9, 2007. The FDA produced documents on May 15, 2007; September 13, 2007; February 27, 2008, and June 10, 2008.
Judicial Watch uncovered thousands of pages of material pertaining to Gardasil, which is designed to prevent cervical cancer. The controversial vaccine was fast-tracked for approval by the FDA despite concerns about Gardasil’s safety and long-term effects. The vaccine is still in the testing stages (final report due September 30, 2009), but it is already being administered to thousands of young girls and women.
Mandatory vaccination has been opposed by the American College of Pediatrics and The New England Journal of Medicine.
Legislators in 41 states and Washington, DC have introduced legislation to require, fund or educate the public about the HPV vaccine and 17 states have enacted legislation. Michigan, Texas and Virginia took steps toward mandatory vaccination for sixth grade girls; however, all three states have postponed that required mandate.
Judicial Watch is concerned by the facts detailed in the FDA’s adverse event reporting associated with Gardasil. Merck has waged an aggressive lobbying campaign with state governments to mandate this HPV vaccine for young girls. Given all the questions about Gardasil, the best public health policy would be to reevaluate its safety and to prohibit its distribution to minors. In the least, governments should rethink any efforts to mandate or promote this vaccine for children

Autism and the MMR Vaccine: The Most Diabolical Medical Scandal of the Century

1. [MMR114] My 12-month-old received his MMR shot on a Friday. The following Friday he had a 104 degree temperature and became violently ill. The doctor said it was a stomach virus. But on Monday morning he woke up with a rash all over. I took him to the doctor and was very upset to learn that this is very common.
2. [MMR176] My friend’s 15-month-old daughter received an MMR vaccine. Within eight days she was hospitalized with a 104 degree fever and a skin rash. My friend called to see what I could find out about Stevens-Johnson syndrome. They told her that her daughter may die as a result of this.
3. [MMR203] A dear friend lost her 15-month old daughter two weeks after her MMR. She was healthy and showed no signs of illness yet died suddenly in her sleep one afternoon. The post mortem revealed a viral infection and traces of pneumonia, but her mother and I find it very hard to believe that the vaccination wasn’t to blame.
4. [MMR216] Three days ago my friend’s 15-month-old daughter was hospitalized after experiencing a high fever and her first seizure. The hospital put the baby through a series of tests, including a CAT scan and CBC. My friend told me he thought it was a reaction to the MMR vaccine she recently received. However, the doctors were puzzled as to the cause and disallowed this explanation.
5. [MMR317] Our son developed seizures after his MMR vaccine at 14 months. Today, after two years of anti-epilepsy medications, he has totally regressed. We decided to stop all medications five weeks ago and his grand mal fits have stopped. We are now left with a child experiencing severe constipation and bowel problems.
6. [MMR398] My daughter had a serious reaction to the MMR shot when she was 22 months. She developed brain damage after a fever of 106 degrees. She also has seizures which are unresponsive to medication, damage to the nerves of her eyes, and learning disabilities that she battles every day. We took her case to court and lost. The doctor who testified on their behalf stated that the government only called him in when they wanted a finding in their favor. What a setup! Of course they don’t have to live with the frustrations and expense of raising these vaccine-damaged children.
7. [MMR588] I was told by the nursing school where I am enrolled, “No vaccine, no school.” Even though I had all the normal vaccines as a child, I was unable to show this. Five days after I received the MMR vaccine, I was so ill that I ended up in the emergency room. The doctor told me that the MMR did not cause my sickness, and my nursing school supervisor said it was a virus. Why does the medical establishment deny vaccine reactions? Why can’t they tell us this important information and let us make educated responsible decisions. The irony is that I got the vaccine and now I’m so sick that I can’t go to school.
